You may have noticed some ads on Towleroad for the new gay and lesbian social networking site GLEE. As part of their sponsorship of Towleroad I agreed to talk about a blogger I admire who has been doing great work on the net, and who has also begun his own group over at GLEE. Social networking! Get it?
My choice wasn’t difficult. I’ve been reading Arjan Writes since Arjan (the one who writes) started blogging years ago, and have watched his site blossom from a worthy read into a valuable resource for new music, reviews, free downloads, and artist interviews. If you haven’t checked it out, you should. The artists he writes about, which have included The Killers, The Bird and the Bee, Dangerous Muse, Good Charlotte, Air, Mylo, Tahiti 80, Antony & the Johnsons, run the gamut.
