They say they believe the Timothy knew his killer. But despite a number of tips no one has been brought to justice. Blair says she has been doing her own investigation and believes she knows who the killer is, but she says police won’t talk to her.”

The suit, brought by the ACLU and student Kerry Pacer, contends that while the school board voted to not allow any extra-curricular clubs because of controversy over the gay-straight alliance, “other clubs did meet and morning announcements about the meetings were made on the high school’s public address system.”
