I apologize for the slowdown in posts but I’m slightly crippled with *gasp* dial-up access at my parents’ house. Right now I’m coming at you from Liquid Planet in downtown Missoula, Montana. Above is one view of the Clark Fork River from the Higgins Street Bridge, just down the street, which I shot about an hour ago. It’s gorgeous here, slightly snowy. I’m here in town because my sister is due to have a baby imminently. She’s having a “home birth” – a bit nervewracking but exciting nonetheless. With all luck, I’ll be in the room to see it arrive. We don’t know the sex of “it” yet. In the meantime, you’ll keep receiving these sporadic posts. Retreating back into the misery of dial-up is a torture I wish upon no one.
